All conference presentations and case study materials (will be available after the event) enabling you to share data with member’s of your team.

In order to guarantee your place full payment must be received before the conference date. If you are unable to attend the conference we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate at any time provided a written request is received. If you have to cancel, we can offer you a refund less 10% administration charge, providing your cancellation is received in writing before 30 September 2010. No refunds can be made after this date, although a substitute delegate is welcome. Non-attendance is subject to full payment. In the unlikely event that a speaker panelist is unable to attend, a replacement speaker panelist will be substituted.
