Ruslan Zalivatskiy

Minister for Economic Development of the Kaluga Region, Board member, Kaluga Region Development Corporation (OJSC)

Mr. Zalivatskiy started his career in 1998 as an expert of the Legal Economic Expertise Department in the Federal Tax Police Service of the Russian Federation. In 1999 graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (specialty "Finance and credit", specialization - "Tax investigations"). He worked in the Expert Department of the Federal Tax Police Service of the Russian Federation over the Moscow Region from 2001 - 2003 and in 2003 was appointed Deputy Head of the Legal Economic Expertise Department of the Moscow Region Central Internal Affairs Directorate.

In November 2007 Mr. Zalivatskiy was invited to take up the position of the First Deputy Director General in Kaluga Region Development Corporation (OJSC), and in 2008 became the CEO of the company. In 2008 he graduated from Saint-Petersburg University of the Ministry of the Interior (specialty "Jurisprudence") and in October of that year he was appointed Deputy Minister - Head of the Investment Department of the Kaluga Region Ministry for Economic Development.
