Rolando Reyes Morales

Director and Logistics Centre Manager, Caterpillar Logistics Services, Russia

Rolando Reyes Morales has been based in Moscow since 2005 and is Cat Logistics' Director and Logistics Centre Manager for its automotive facility. He has responsibility for the interface with all Russian authorities and heads Cat's Russian legal entity. He is also responsible for logistics, accounting and human resources and participates in commercial issues.

Before arriving in Russia, Rolando was already involved with logistics, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, marketing and Six Sigma; this experience having been gained in countries such as Germany, Spain, USA and Mexico.
