Konstantin Skovoroda holds a law degree from the Moscow State Law Academy and he started his professional career as a lawyer. His specialization is in financial law. In 2003 Skovoroda took up his first director's position as Deputy of the General Director, RTL GROUP. Since 2007 he has held the position of General Director at RTL Group, operating in the logistics industry.
