Priority Freight offers daily fast vessel sailings from Belgian and German ports directly to the Port of St. Petersburg with close-out time up to two hours before sailing at port of departure, and unloading within 6 hours of docking at the port of arrival.
Pre-clearance procedures start when leaving the EU ports. Consignment documents are sent to Priority Freight Russia for processing, allowing for cargo to be released from the port the day after arrival and loaded onto scheduled trailers for direct delivery to the client within 24 hours.

Customs Clearance in Russia
Delivering white channel goods in Russia takes specific know- how and experience. The CIS is one of the most difficult and challenging environments to operate within successfully.
Priority Freight offers a superior combination of speed and accuracy for Russian import/export customs clearance by providing a dedicated customs specialist to each client all the way through the clearance process.
Priority Freight provides non-stop clearance through the two primary air gateways into Russia and has a network of trusted partners to serve remote locations. Truck cargo is cleared at two Moscow locations with a large, secure storage area. Clearance for sea cargo is done in Russian Baltic and Black Sea ports.
Consigner-Consignee Information
Shipments need to have a specific consignee in Russia and this entity should be listed on the Waybill. If the consignee is a legal entity, it must be registered with Russian customs at the post where the shipment is cleared. Russian law may override the seller’s responsibilities in some types of sales contracts by requiring that the consignee pay for customs clearance and import duties.
All aspects of a shipment should be coordinated with Priority Freight prior to being sent to Russia.
