Russian Transport Lines LLC was established in 2004 as a a 3PL logistics company and quickly developed strong partnerships with leading car producers and importers. RTL is now recognized as a market leader in customs clearance services, and in developing the most efficient logistics solutions for the import flow of cars, special services, spare parts and production material for car producing plants.

RTL is represented in all key areas of vehicle logistics and has developed processes in line with Russian government customs and logistics policy. As part of a broader strategy, RTL is building a logistics system network and currently offers three main entry points into Russia:

• North-west (sea Port of St Petersburg and Ust-Luga Sea Port (Terminal Novaya Gavan)
• South (Port Kavkaz and RTL terminal in Novoshacktinsk, Rostov-on-Don area
• East (Vldivostok, Nahodka, Zarubino)

RTL has also developed a network of inland compounds close to main logistics centers: Moscow, yeterinburg, Tolyatti, Nizhniy Novgorod and Bryansk. RTL provides a full range of services: port operations, inland operations, customs clearance, transport, spare parts, warehousing and container handling.

Multimodal vehicles and other cargo transportation
RTL has significant experience in the organization of multimodal vehicle and general cargo transportation. Working in partnership with the main shipping lines RTL can provide a full range of handling services in port terminals. In addition RTL can process the transportation to storage or dealers centers by road, rail or air.

Customs clearance experience
RTL are recognized experts in the customs clearance of finished vehicles and of other cargo. RTL provides its customers with on-line consulting and support by solving customs issues. To date more than 2m vehicles have been customs cleared by RTL.

Inbound logistics
Together with their partners RTL provides a range of services for spare parts and automotive components. This includes container handling and transportation to warehouse operations, soft assembly and delivery to end customers.
