Koopman is the leading provider of finished vehicle logistics in the Benelux and is also active in other European countries. Koopman Autotransport
Koopman Autotransport has a fleet of about 280 transporters and covers dealer delivery in the Benelux, Germany, France and Denmark, as well as point to point traffic within the same countries and Switzerland, Austria and Czech Republic. With well-trained drivers and a state-of-the-art IT system with onboard terminals Koopman provides a very reliable service with high quality.
Koopman Car Terminal
Located in the port of Amsterdam, this terminal has direct access to 800m of deep-sea quay. KCT has a storage capacity of 15,000 units and a handling capacity of about 300,000 vehicles per year. It is well located for direct dealer delivery of overseas brands to the Benelux and Germany as well as rail transport to Central and Eastern Europe.
Koopman Automotive Solutions
This inland terminal at a strategic location in the Netherlands has a storage capacity of 8,000 units of which 600 units covered. There is direct access to a barge terminal and the terminal has two own rail tracks of 350m each. The terminal location is very good for the distribution of vehicles into the Benelux from German and Eastern European Manufacturing plants as well as distribution into Germany from Belgium Manufacturing plants or sea ports.
KCT and KAS have a PDI Centre offering value added services, including pre-delivery inspections, modifications, technical repair and body repair.
Koopman Cargo
Koopman Cargo has a fleet of 300 trailers and about 180 trucks (owned and charters) providing a densed network within the Benelux. For several brands we provide parts distribution in a night delivery schedule or with overnight delivery.
All Koopman companies are ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified and have the availability of a state of the art terminal management system and transport management system. Both systems are integrated with each other to allow an optimal load planning and short lead time.
