Patrick Bauer has corporate responsibility for logistics, lean material flow optimization, inventory management, customs, packaging engineering, BOM management, the India captive BPO and procurement of capital equipment, tooling, purchased services and MRO. Bauer began his professional career in 1988 with Unisys Corporation, and has held a variety of MP&L and manufacturing management positions with both Ford and Visteon.
