Jorge Salas is a Group Director of Ryder System Inc U.S., Supply Chain Solutions division. In this position he is responsible for management of all Tier 1 automotive customers in North America, automotive operations in Mexico for Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, Chrysler and all Mexico -US cross border operations.
Mr. Salas joined Ryder in 1997 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining Ryder Integrated Logistics, he started his career and worked for 15 years in the Tier 1 Automotive Industry. As Vice President of Purchasing and Logistics for Grupo Condumex, Mr Salas was responsible for all global purchasing and logistics activities for it's 22 manufacturing plants.
Mr. Salas earned a bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University, in Harrisonburg, Virgina.
