Mr. Greg May is President of Jack Cooper Transport Co., Inc., a position he
has held since 2005. Prior to becoming chief executive officer, he served as
CFO of the Company for eight years.

Greg joined the Company in 1994. Previously, he worked as an auditor with the international accounting firm KPMG for ten years and as CFO of ABC Laboratories, an environmental services company, from 1990 to 1994.
Greg is a past Chairman of the Automobile Carriers Conference of the American Trucking Association. He is a member of the Executive Committee for the National Auto Transporters Labor Association. Greg is a CPA and a member of the national and state CPA societies. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri (1980).
